I have finally and reluctantly decided to put my Bolder Enthusiast modded and ever increasingly difficult to find SB2 (not 3) up for sale. Two main reasons: I can't keep up with 2 state of the art SB systems, and secondly because my new computer is so quiet that I can now use my USB DAC for my office system.
The details:
Excellent condition Bolder modded SB2 -- wired/wireless, Sonicap Platinum output coupling caps., full mods -- analog and digital. Analog connectors are WBT Nextgen direct gold plating on copper, and the digital output is a WBT Nextgen silver. There is also a Scientific Conversion digital pulse transformer installed on the digital output.
Will come with original switching PS and remote.
I'm keeping my highly modified Welborne PSU for the USB DAC, so you'll want a better PSU - Bolder, CI Audio, Paul Hines, etc. to take maximum advantage of this unit -- of course, the Bolder Ultimate Nirvana is just that -- The Ultimate.
