Thanks Martyn for your feedback.  Results will vary if for no other reason than power isn't equally dirty from abode to abode.  Here in NYC we have pretty crappy mains typically so power filters are pretty easiely discernable.

That truly is an excellent point. I actually like the fact that the Felix can reduce hum issues which is why I am going to implement it in my gainclone. The Felix is so well designed and so damn inexpensive that I will try it with every one of my components. Its impossible to predict the sonic outcomes. Thanks to Paul (Occam), and Josh. I'm just waiting for my pcb boards to arrive!

I live in a "rural residential" area that doesn't have any significant heavy industrial activity, so I would imagine that I'm towards the lower end of the "dirt" scale. Nonetheless, this has been an enjoyable and worthwhile project (plus I like the solder fumes).

I forgot to mention that my test equipment was feeding a pair of Dennis Murphy's "Plops" which are, of course, only 2-ways. Although I suspect that audible improvements may not be noticeable towards the lower end of the frequency range, I am looking forward to setting up my other double Felix with my Arcam which drives my big 3-ways.
