Thanks for the feedback guys. Robin, the Tesla's are incredible cables (they needed to be to beat the Reality cables by a hair or two) and their active shielding is the real deal. Of course, SR has introduced a dual tubed power supply for the cables (1932 tubes powering up cable dialectrics??) that only cost $8000!! It's called the Enigma (probably cuz they don't know how something outside the signal path can do such a job). It's freaky!! And wayyy too expensive.
Frank, George, Jim...Gregg's cables are something special. They look like XLO's but sound like Tesla's, and cost less than a good meal in Midtown. Wow.
Pat, I am convinced that the Revs need a foundation...in fact, Rx8man's good friend, Joe, came over this afternoon and during the process of blowing him away with the Revs (he now loves them) he mentioned that they'd do even better with Sistrum/Star Sound Audio Points under them. So yes, some sort of spike or solid foundation. Mine actually sway (on fairly thick carpet/pad on top of concrete slab) currently. Joe also chastised me for not having cable lifters.
