I posted some pics I just took over in the photography circle and I thought I'd post one of them here:
It's an 8-bit Soundblaster ISA card. Mono output with a volume dial on the back of the card. The Wikipedia entry says it could only play back up to 23kHz sampling rate. It appears this is version 1.5 of the card.
