There has been a few questions asked about this amp since the post of the trade-in piece sold earlier this morning.
The biggest difference and reasoning for the higher price is the fact that this is a brand new unit and would be built to order and come with the full 2 year parts and labor warranty. The other reasoning for lowering the selling price on this one was due to the factthat it has some roughness on the sides. It is under the paint serive and not noticable if you are not looking for it. It is also the last 3205 that will be built for a few months as I am working on prototyping some new products. I mention above it would be mid spring but right now it is looking more like early/mid summer.
This one will be a Signature unit and custom built to order using SoniCap Gen II coupling capacitors. I can build this piece as a straight power amp or with a single input and volume control as mentioned above.....or I can go with dual mono volume pots for better channel balance control.
If you want it without output tubes, (you can use EL34, KT77, 6550 or KT88 tube types) I will let it go for $1049 including shipping.
