I'd go through the whole setup with the SB3 again. Do it manually (right arrow, etc.). Type in the network name if you have to, then the WEP, etc. I'd maybe first power down both devices (unplug).
If the SB3 can't see your new router, then perhaps your router is not broadcasting. Either supply the name directly with the SB3 or setup your router to broadcast its availability.ps: once setup, turn off the broadcasting.

Did you reset to factory defaults before you tried to reprogram? To do that you have to hold down the "add" key while you plug in the power cord.
