Biamping hookup help please

I'd like to try biamping but don't see any Y type interconnects available. I thought of using a splitter but feel stupid using a cheap splitter from Ratshack in the middle of quality IC's. How do you hook up one Preamp to two amps? Thanks

Warner,

I have a pair of Straight Wire brand splitters that are pretty nicely built. They seem to be machined out of a block of solid metal. They have one male RCA jack that plugs into your pre-amp. Then you have a nice machined block on the back of the pre-amp that provides 2 female RCA jacks/channel.

I previously used these with no obvious sonic degredation.

If you need a photo, let me know. I can send it in e-mail.

Enjoy,

TIC
