I am thinking about utilizing some of uncle sam's kindness to purchase a set of RM30's. Is there anyone in the seattle area that has a pair that I might be able to listen to? Thankseverett
I replied to Everett's PM. Of course he can drop by and have a look n listen.

Either to post here or to e-mail to me. I can resend my address if needed. Thanks in advance, JD
As Jonbee mentions, he was gracious enough to afford me the opportunity to listen to his RM30 C's yesterday afternoon. To say that I was impressed would not do justice to the overall system that Jonbee has painstakingly put together and tweaked. The one thing that really stood out for me was the overall top to bottom clarity of the RM30's. The level of transparency was something that I expected through the midrange....however I was not prepared for that same level to find it's way into the bass and midbass ranges. These speakers simply remove anything that stands between you and the performance. Tonally these speakers just sound right, piano's sound like well, a piano. Vocals put you in the room with the performers, you know that "papable presence" thing. Finally these speakers are extremely dynamic, with the ability to play loud with out compressing the sound or giving any sense of strain or listener fatigue. I am sure that on this forum you have all heard these things mentioned before, but for me these speakers were a revelation. I never expected to find this type of performance in a speaker of this size or price range. I will be ordering my pair within the next two weeks. Once again thanks Jonbee for sharing your wonderful system with me.everett
