Is there a simple way to create a popup window of fixed size in Dreamweaver without resorting to JavaScript?

Well, the popup thing doesn't solve what I really want to do. I want a regular HTML page to be linked to a previous page, and have that new page (which can pop up using 'target=blank') have fixed dimensions, or at least have the table elements all grouped somehow. What happens is if the page is resized, the page elements get jumbled together.

Sorry to be such a dufus. I've only been coding for a few days.

solved this one too, after thinking about it a bit. Needed to use tables to lock everything into place!
