I know we have gone  over the possibility of http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=3027&highlight=skip+track">improved CD playback  related to  using the SKIP key to access tracks. The results were mixed. Now, we have a simpler sequence   using the PAUSE key...read about it at http://www.audioasylum.com/audio/general/messages/289190.html">this Audio Asylum" post. Simple steps:

1. Put your CD player in STOP mode
   
2. Que up your cut in any fashion (direct key entry, PLAY)
   
3. Hit PAUSE immmediately
   
4. Wait about 20 seconds in PAUSE (some say a minute)
   
5. Press NEXT or PREVIOUS
