Any experience with / recommendations on heat resistant mitts/gloves to use when doing serious barbecuing?

Yea they work real well the guys i hang with make their own ring baloney and do a lot of smoking meat and fish as well as putting on bbq's on the weekends can we say hog on the spit use them all the time.
