Rod,
No offense taken whatsoever. After re-reading my post I can see where I came off looking a little irritated - which actually wasn't the case at all. The fact is that since there are a number of S-9 owners out there and you never know who will "pop in," I didn't want the thread to get off on a tangent.
I have to be sure as to not allow comparisons of our stuff to be made to the NuForce product - at least not here on the SP Tech circle. That's not good for them or us. There are considerable differences in the design and even more significantly, the design criteria and market objectives. We think differently and have different opinions regarding our marketing strategies - which most would expect.
I am proud of what we were able to accomplish working with NuForce and I think the S-9 is a very viable product. On the other hand, we have made different decisions as to our own product's construction and performance objectives that I believe are unique unto themselves and that offer substantial value as well. In the end we must let the market decide which - if either - that it prefers and be careful not to either demean NuForce product or our own in the process.
That's a fine line to tread so the prudent thing to do is to "leave it alone" on the SP Tech circle. If folks want to compare and post elsewhere, "may the force be with you." In fact, I encourage such and look forward to reading the comments. In the end I believe SP Tech products will "hold their own" just fine.

But please... I took no offense and I sincerely hope you didn't either. I'm sure glad to hear that you're enjoying the S-9s and wish you the best.

Take care,
-Bob
