piccolo bugle interface question
« on: 24 Nov 2007, 10:42 pm »
Hello,
Have a Piccolo coming because I have also got a moving coil on the way. I have been using the Bugle with a Grado and the loading resistors on the Bugle are 13k. Would it be best to change these resistors to say the standard loading of 47k for the Piccolo to run into. If it don't matter much, I would rather not so I can still use with grado later on without too much changing around. With the Piccolo's output impedance of around 300 ohm, would it still 'like' a lighter load?

Thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter much.  The PICCOLO will have no trouble driving it.
