Bought this as a fill in until the Onkyo 885 shows up, used MCACC to set it up, sounds great. BUT, how do you set the master volume to allow more than +2 db? I want a few more db and it just runs out of volume and stops.

Is that because I used automatic set up and need to do it manually? Never owned a Pioneer receiver since the 90's!

Do you need to increase the master volume or the channel levels by 2db?
What did MCACC set your channel levels at?

Master volume is what I want.  I'll have to see what the auto cal did to the individual levels.
