Greg,
I have paired my eAR digital amp with Guan's Taylo Linbrooks. I thought they sounded quite smooth, musical and engaging. Perhaps Guan can comment. At the time, the bass modules weren't well broken in so impressions on bass aren't conclusive.

I just broke down and bought a 963SA to replace my DIO. I needed something to handle multi-channel audio and the 963SA seemed like a good value. I hope all the raves about it are well deserved.
I'll listen to it stock for awhile and perhaps re-clock it, change some opamps, change DC blocking caps and perhaps replace some power supply caps & rectifiers. Nothing exotic but I just cannot leave it stock.
How about some recommendations for multichannel software?

Kevin, check out Allison Krauss Live and Joe Satriani's Strange Beautiful Music for MC.
Any thoughts on your 963sa?
I suggest changing the main ps cap to BG VK150/350v whith no other mods[at first] as you will be impressed whith this mod as everyone else has been.
