Well we had a great time.
The weather man blasted in almost 6" of snow in a few hours so those who made the trip from Seattle and Vancouver Island got out while they still could but over all a great day.

AS usual John Chapman stepped in to give use a modest set up here, each year we never know what to expect as John will supply us with some thing different.

Thanks John

As well John paid for the Panago Pizza as well .
With Egg nog and refreashments and munchies people were set.

With over 20 sheets of venner going to good homes for as low as $20.00 for a sheet of Figured Cherry or Figured Walnut.

I will let those who come post comments but really the people who come and bring gear to our show do not stop by a lot of forums so I hope they will make comments here.

Some good designs as well Praxis measured a few as well.

Al,

I'm sorry we couldn't make it, but I'd probably have spread my cold to everyone there. I'm just starting to get over now. Did Aaron get there?
Looking forward to seeing some pictures and comments.

Best Regards,
TerryO

Al,

If the HT2s in Paduk are still available, I will take them.  The Theater here in Iraq needs some serious speakers.  They are using a Bose system with a broken "Bass Unit".  The little cubes are mounted against the metal walls of the room, less than 2' from the ceiling.  It sounds TERRIBLE.  I can build some serious stands for them.  They will be my gift to the unit.

Yes Aaron made the trip as well as Wes and Mike from Seattle.

Pictures I never took a any more than a few but I believe Wes did take some just not sure he stops by here.

Will yes the HT2 in Paduk are still available if you want them email me and we can take care of it.

Al,
E-mail Sent to your info@rawacoustics.com.  I just made a bed from Paduk - gorgeous stuff.  Where did you get the veneer?  I am going to make a bunch of Paduk furniture when I get home.

Hey Al,

Just thought I'd let you know why I have postponed comment on the OB2X.  For the time being a 2A3 SET is all there is in the house, which as nice as it sounds, is not an appropriate match.

John.

Better late than never, right?  I had a blast at the open house.  One of the best DIY meet-n-greets I've been to.  Al does some really amazing things with crossovers.  It was my first time hearing RAW speakers and I was very, very impressed.  The deals on veneer and parts were great as well.  I'll try to post what I did with the small sheets of figured Koa I picked up from you.

The two hour drive in the snow made it that much more memorable.

Happy Holidays everyone.  Will have to visit this forum more often.

As did the RCMP on my way home.

Al,

Thanks for generously giving me exclusive one on one time.  That was quite a privilege.
