I listed a recording earlier that I think is exceptional for the reasons stated. As I expect it will be hard to find so I did a little homework and this is what I found. The record is available as a re-release from Linn but the price quoted on Amazon was $85.00! It is also available on SACD Hybrid for $25. I'm glad I already own the record but I am relieved to know it's available on disc. Thought you might be, too.
