Beautiful!  I love paduk.  If I was ever to have custom speakers built, I'd choose Paduk.  Very nice  :thumb:

Yes paduk is a very nice wood as a fact we are doing a large array with it 9 G1 ribbons, 12 Accuton mids all siting on a set of 4 TC 12" driver. All of it open baffled.Veneer matched side to side of the pieces used in the array.

The worst thing with this paduk veneer, is the natural dye.You are a orange and red when you sand it, no way around that even with dust collection on the sander and on the sanding table. You still end up with the colour on you :green:

Please post a pic of your project when it's complete.  I'd love to see it.

Yes, I know about that infernal dust.  I tinker in my woodshop sometimes and paduk always makes a mess.

Oh, that is a glorious colour, reminds me of my old striped mahogany Totem Rokks - identical treatment, and I still miss their looks!

Yes I do like the Paduk and the way it ages the colours get deeper.

This pair after the review this weekend will be available to ship from Texas.

If you are interested LMK ,this pair of HT2 in Paduk will sell as they are not going to be returned to us.
