The scene was there for the most part, although the cloud cover was rather thin and moving very fast. A shutter speed that captured good cloud definition blew out the moon to a white ball, a faster shutter speed got all moon and no clouds. Shooting at ISO 1600 rendered some good shots, but the noise is too crazy. This one had a good balance. I always shoot at ISO 80 99% of the time. A little extra clouds were added from 2 shots and some curves, but otherwise no super-cheaty funny business.

Now I just need trees and less wind...
