We're gearing up for the move to the new facility. First, I just want to say that everyone here is incredibly excited to be heading for the new shop . . . it is turning out super! We're gaining room, open area, much easier traffic flow, multiple large door access for shipments, energy efficiency, a larger, brand new office area, a brand new bathroom , 16' ceilings in the warehouse, a clean slate for the production area, AND a dedicated, testing/listening room. The old church built in 1867 has served us well for 20 years, but now it's time for the next step.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 22nd, will probably be the last day we ship product this week, (it is possible a we may ship some product on Thursday). So if you need something, order ASAP! After Wed at 4:00, we will not have regular phone hours until Tuesday, the 28th or Wednesday the 29th.  We will not start shipping from the new location until next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Our website server and the secure shopping cart should continue without problems. However, there will be some periods of time that we don't access Email so keep this in mind.

Finally, thanks to all of you for your continued support, you make this leap possible

Thanks for thinking about us. The whole area has been really hit hard by rains. A lot of folks w/water and mud issues, destroyed homes and lives lost. We have been very fortunate, no real problems. One of the ACI team has had real problems on the site he's building his new home, but he'll get it cleaned up. Yesterday was major move day for us . . .  a moving crew of 8 packed and hauled loads to the new facility . . .  and for the first day in weeks it wasn't raining! I've got to get in there this morning to help finish up some paint touch-up and trim staining . . .  carpets going into the office later today . . .  the new facility is AWESOME!

For the most part the move has gone pretty well . . .  however, moving into what is still a construction zone has had it's issues. One of the larger issues is that we haven't had all the network cables available (some outlets are in areas still being trimmed out etc). At any rate, we haven't been able to yet ship the rapidly pilling up backorders.  That, and we've lost some key personel time this week.

The good news is that there is light at the end of this tunnel and I believe that by Tuesday we'll be in a position to start catching up on the outgoing shipments. Sorry for the delays, and thanks for your patience. As always, it's more important to do it right, than to just do it fast  

Also, by Tuesday we hope to start answering the phones again. We could have been doing that the last couple of days but I made the decision that we had to continue to focus on getting to the point we can be filling the orders that folks are waiting for.
