Weigh all the components in your system and determine what percent of the total is represented by your speakers and don't forget cables, especially if you have the old Purest water-jacketed variety.
It is permissible for speakers to exceed 50% of total system weight but all other components should weigh in far lower. Headphone systems are, of course, treated separately.
