I love this player but want to try the 168 model which also has volume control on it. So I am contemplating a sale to work my way up the ladder. Lists at $1850 now, I would consider $1350 for it.

Definitely for sale, found a deal on a 168 model.

Would like to hear your impressions of how they compare . I have the 128 (which I love) already so not interested in buying sorry ! Good luck with yours !

If I still have the 128 I can comment but I was hoping to sell it quick as I am confident the 168 will be at least equal. These guys really know what they are doing for a lot less moola than some units I have had.

I'm also hoping the volume control will perhaps allow me to eliminate a preamp, we'll see.
