Fried Products Reference Monitors transmission line loudspeakers. These speakers use Scan Speak Revelator split foil midrange and woofer drivers. The tweeter is the same used in the Magico Mini and the Sonus Faber Stradivarius speakers. These are exceptional speakers that serve the music. There is a transmission line for the midrange and a separate transmission line for the bass. The bass is flat to 20hz.
Irivng M. Fried spent over 45 years perfecting transmission line bass propagation; the Reference Monitors are the culmination of all those years of research and development. No one has ever done a better transmission line speaker than Fried; these are the best that IMF/Fried Products ever did.
The speakers retail for $25,000.; they are being sacrificed for $7900. The speakers are in very good to excellent condition. They are being sold for personal reasons. There are very few speakers in the world that will touch these speakers at any price. Any audiophile who knows of these speakers, knows they represent greatness.
