Hey!

   I'm thinking that I might do a small personal project in a few months with digital and I think a good noise reduction program could be helpful

  So, beside the one in Photoshop is there any other effective noise reduction program I should check out?

Although, I don't use them but heard great reviews about noise removal.  You can also check out the following Pro-Caliber softwares:

   Thanks Briley... Well, I forgot to mention that I'm a Mac user 

   Yes, the Noise Ninja... I was just talking about it with my photographer boss last week.

   I rarely use noise reduction and when I do the one in Photoshop seem to work well. But this little project I have in mind might benefit from this a bit. So, I guess I might have to try it out and see.
