Actually, this was on the battery/inverter cover of a (now obsolete) Honda EV. Needless to say - I did not remove the cover

That label might make more sense if it was on an electric chair.  Although you have to wonder, if a user faces certain death by opening the cover will a qualified company technician suffer the same fate?
