It's a 40mb file, it will take a min or two to download.  For best results,
download the whole issue,then open it from adobe reader.

Just go to the table of contents and click on the Headphone planet column,
it will take you right there...

Yep...I just tried it and it works for me....just takes several minutes on our slow office DSL.
