One more drag racing shot.It certainly looks like a handfull.
Yesterday evening, the sun was HUGE as it was setting over the pond and behind the trees at our place in the country. I turned the exposure all the way down to its lowest setting and shot right into it. With a little exposure adjustment in Lightroom, this is what I got.
Those were on my New Nikon 3300 using effects mode in vivid or pop mode. I was playing around to see if they would be any good. I liked a few so I thought I would post them.Plus it was a great day outside so combined it worked out well. Usually I don't use those modes but thought why not.Now for a b/w pic
Chip, Nice to see you experimenting with Black & White. B&W brings a whole new mood to an image altogether. I also really enjoy working in B&W.Here's a poignant moment that B&W helps to bring some very powerful emotions to the surface. In this case, color doesn't do the same.A group of friends surround a 5 year old girl, who kneels at the fresh grave of her 9 year old brother, who suddenly died only 3 months ago!
Have to agree with you. Great pic but very sad.....
