Here is a fun shot from my traveling days back in the mid 90's. Me on the right.I had been teaching English in Taiwan, and 2 friends and I headed out for some South East Asian mountain biking. This shot is waiting for the ferry to Koh Samui after a long bus ride down from Bangkok. We later went to India and rode over the Rohtang Pass, which was a REAL grind. Impossible to be ready for the Himalaya!I currently have a brush cut, and have since 1997, so this pic always gets a huge laugh these days.......
It's very interesting how a monochromatic image conveys a whole different feeling than a color one.
Just took this picture on my lunch walk under the Brooklyn bridge. Looks like an album cover that I vaguely remember.
We are helping to care for an old family friend who is now in hospice. This image somehow reminded me of these lyrics:BTW, he is not morbid or particularly scared or suffering. He is actually pretty lit up about the sum total of his life's experience. You can see that intensity in his eyes....
