Chunks of ice that have calved off a glacier.
Sometimes hundreds of crystal clear (no bubbles) chunks of ice wash onto the shoreline.
Pretty amazing when the sun refracts through them in the morning!

gfroman, I've seen your photos from Iceland here and they are all beautiful.

Iceland is such a beautiful place with mind blowing natural wonders and Icelanders are such a people. With Iceland becoming more popular as a tourist spot, I hope they can balance between handling millions of tourists each year and still preserve their natural beauties.

By the way, did you try the "rotten shark?" while you were there? I had a little piece and I must say it was one of the worst thing I've ever eaten!
