Received my copy of Prog yesterday. I've only listened to it once, and it is 'different' from previous efforts. But I like it.

Most excellent! The Neil Cowley Trio, Displaced.

Highly recommended to EST and Bad Plus fans.

With piano, double bass & drums, dynamic range, catchy melodies and driving rhythms. Apparently a British group, they were nominated for a BBC Jazz Award.

Have you ever spent any time on Head-Fi? It's more like "flavor of the hour" there. Be grateful for small mercies: at least people maintain their enthusiam for a whole month here.

I have to agree with Chad. After comparing AC to Audio Asylum, Head-Fi, etc. This site actually has more music related threads and posts than most, IMO. BTW I'm going to pick up Prog tomorrow and I'll be sure to post my impressions here.
