Windows Vista, EAC, and foobar2000

Has anyone had experience with Exact Audio Copy and FLAC using Vista?  I am considering Vista and want to know if it will work with my most used applications, EAC and  foobar2000.  I figure with Slimserver being part of Logitech, eventually it will work correctly with Vista.

dunno about EAC yet, but foobar definitely works with vista... plugins are another story though and you would need to try each individual plugin yourself to be certain.

I'm happy with my vista system now after a couple of months of *cough* fun *cough* with drivers, patches and general microsoft crazyness (eg my microsoft internet keyboard pro DOES NOT work with vista at all!!!) but a crappy old first gen usb logitech clone work flawlessly....

I actually downloaded EAC today on my Vista Machine but have not set it up yet. I am also using the SlimServer Software without issue. I had some fun setting SliimServer up for the first time but it runs solid now without faults. I have had my new machine with Vista for almost a month now and prefer it over XP.

I will update you on my progress once I set EAC up and actually use it...

Cheers,

Chris
