I found this pic on the net a few weeks ago and I am still awestruck by it.



This guy appears to have a glowing aura of greatness that radiates glory and splendor beyond that of mere mortal men.

Who is this guy? Is he a rock star? A movie star? Is he a wealthy philanthropist? Could he be one of the lost Bee Gee brothers? I am thinking, that he looks like he could be Gene Simmons little brother...

Never mind that picture.  He's my evil twin.  He was cursed in the womb because God knew he would turn out rotten, so he only got half the brains I did and I got all the good looks too.   

Thank you Lord!  I can't imagine going through life with a mug like that and no brains to boot.

Well, I've had the pleasure of meeting Bob, and as well as being a great guy, he is much better looking in person.

And he doesn't wear as much lipstick

Yep, it's called "Smart Blur"!

Well, actually it's called "cheap camera, too much sun and no experience taking pictures."  Heck, even the background was a panel of shipping Styrofoam that I spray painted with blue paint.  Notice how washed out the shirt is?  I guess they call that "over exposure" or something like that.  Man, it was hot that day last summer and I had to stand in that monkey suit for quite a while before my wife had taken enough snap shots to where she figured one would come out OK.  I had paper towels in my pocket so I could keep wiping of the sweat.  I'm surprised my face didn't end up looking as red as a stop light!

Thanks! I really enjoyed meeting you last summer.  I have to say to everyone that John was quite the polite host and gentleman.  Not only that, but he's a big guy too - so I wouldn't mess with him if I were you.  Man, I wish I was in your shape John!  Like a lot of guys who's heads were screwed up for a while after a divorce, I tried the weight lifting gig for a while - but of course I didn't stick with it for long.  Seeing you sure made me wish I had!

All kidding aside, and I do kid pretty hard with my friends some times, I thought it was a pretty cool picture. You looked so good, I hardly recognized you.     And for what its worth, you may even look better than gene.

I met Bob at his own shop on a chilly Saturday and that rock star picture doesn't give you any idea at all how hard this guy's workin' there.  It's only obvious when you see the results he gets.
