Any old JBLs with a 12" woofer or larger.  :notworthy: THE original ROCK speakers!

I like the idea of Large Advents or Klipsch Heresy or Cornwall's. All good speakers and under 1K.

Actually you want to use a set of original Quad electrostatics or a set of Rogers LST/1A speakers for your party.

They will burn out immediately when you crank it up, thus protecting all the people at the party from hearing damage and from all the horrible noise.   :lol:
