Phil, I once discovered a jazz club/restaurant in Studio City, CA (about three miles from my home) that had authentic Buffalo Wings...the real deal. I couldn't believe our good fortune! I would order take-out from them at least once a week. It turned out the owners were from Niagara Falls, NY!The club closed fifteen years ago, and its closing forced me into making my own wings from then on...

Would not have expected that in SoCal...too bad they closed! In NYC, I'd say Atomic Wings has the closest, but still not quite there...To those of us who have had authentic wings from Western/Upstate NY, I'm sure this discussion is being viewed similarly to how non-audiophiles hear us talk about power cords and interconnects...
