Ive personally changed  over most of my HiFi plugs to high grade American ones.  Before I did I was using some premade power cables which came with Furutech Australian plugs (from VHAudio).

I often wondered when I would see soem high grade locally made plugs.  Right under my nose they are available from:

I prefer to use the American standard power connectors (oyaide) myself as i find sound quality above any Australian standard plugs. I also prefer the Clipsal connector over furutech. The furutechs are a bit too smooth sounding in MY system (But they could sound brilliant in your system)
