I am running a Music Hall MMF-7 table with a Goldring Eroica cartridge into a Bottlehead Seduction phono pre. The Eroica has an output of 2.5mV, which is at the low end of compatibility for the Seduction. It sounds very good, but even when I run at nearly full volume it is a little too quiet and is lacking real drive and dynamics.
I'm looking for a cartridge with an output around 3.5 - 5.0 mV, and a price range of $200-300 (or about what I can sell the Eroica for (which has VERY few hours on it).
