Well Levesque....I would say your in the minority on that comparison....going by all the comments of those that have seen both at AVS.
I prefer the pop and sharpness of DLP over the smooth looking sxrd.....and the h-81 has enough lumens to use a truely big screen.

Besides....anyone who wants a Ruby at this point would most likely go for a 3k street Pearl.....right? :wink:

All this talk of 1080p's for low dollars, I'm amazed the Sanyo PLV Z5 hasn't entered the equation.
I've got the Z2, and stand by it. It's excellent, even blown to 140" diagonal with a throw of about 18.5 feet.
I love it.
When it dies, I'll be looking at another Sanyo.
Current price of the Z5 is $1,695. Not bad for an HD with a three year warranty.
