Gianni - I'm surprised one of the NuForce guys hasn't responded to your post, but I recommend sending an email to -Jim
I don't think it's even the right thing to do to post about malfunctions obviously depending on faulty hardware which 1st hand should be cleared thru the support of the manufacturer. That could be the reason why they haven't replied to this. For all I know the support of NuForce has been very, very responsive why these posts are rude.

Hey guys, we don't monitor this forum every day!
As one member pointed out, that's the logical way to go about seeking help. Sure, if we fail to response and you want to embarrass us, you can post it here
QuoteYour description of the problem is vague.Maybe..but the problem is my English.. QuoteCould the problem be that Tact 2.0 is sending out noise to Ref 9 until you raise the volume of the TAct 2.0? Then the title should be "ARRR.... only a Hiss from my TACT ...". You should provide more quantitative description. What is the output level that you have to raise to be ok?If you raise it and then lower it, what happen? Does it happen on one amp or both amps? Did you do anything to your setup for the past 2 days before this happen?I have this problem with, tact, with an ARC SP9 , but non constantly...we can describe as "random"?? The problem is only on 1 amp, always the same, after raise the volume level, the amp go OK, then i can lower without problems. The setup is the same from several months.Of course, i hope to solve all when the amps go to dealer for upgrade/servicing, i've talked with him today..from the beach QuoteWhere did you get your Ref 9 ? We don't have a record of it . Maybe you have to find it, but , for sure, you have it All the best..Gianni CimbaloP.S.: maybe i can listen at S9 in December in Milano??
