Olive Group Buy extended one more week and expanded

Hi All,

I initially set up an OLIVE Media Server Group Buy, for VMPS customers, but can now offer it to anyone for the next week.

Response has been quite good, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Please contact me via E-MAIL (not PM) so that I might send you the confidential Group Price.

This BUY, is on the following "new" models:

250 Gig MUSICA which currently retails for $1499

and the

500 Gig OPUS, which currently retails for $3499

The group reduction is quite good and is currently as good or below initial dealer price for a unit.

This GROUP must be closed in one week from this Thursday. That means payment must be made and checks cleared.

For all you who have ordered so far, the first order went in today for processing. MUSICA's will be shipped as soon as the order is processed, OPUS are slated to be available in 2-3 weeks (as per today's conversation with OLIVE)

Shipping is slightly more than I quoted originally, and is $32.50 per unit fully insured.

Just a reminder, those who are considering the OLIVE Media Server group deal have only 5 more days.

I have opened this up to Non-VMPS'ers too so e-mail me if you want in, and I'll give you instructions.

To those who have already sent in their MUSICA orders, they were sent to OLIVE last week, so I assume they will be released and shipped late this week.

OPUS orders are still a couple weeks away.

The Group Buy has closed and I wanted to thank all who joined, and made it "VERY" worthwhile

I would expect the first "wave" of early joiners to have their MUSICA units shipped next week. The OPUS will be available (according to OLIVE) in 2 weeks.

I will get more info Monday as a place the remaining orders.

If I can get tracking numbers, I will forward them to you each (these are shipped directly from OLIVE), and for the Will CALL members, I will contact you as to when and where to pick up your units.

PS: I see that there are now at least 3 groups doing mods to the units, and I will probably offer a "mod credit" to those who couldn't take advantage of the GROUP buy, for future units.

I can also offer a great Power Cord to use with the OLIVE units, at a great price for all who purchased the OLIVE unit.

Good News First:

I was notified today that OPUS should ship the end of this week.

Bad news is the 250G drives had another delay and it looks like at least another week to 10 days yet.

Sorry!! It seems like some type of "inspection delay" of the cargo ahead of the drives.

Happy to do that, and encourage it if possible. The OPUS (at the group price) is one of the all time audio bargains if it lives up to its potential

Matthew said he is going to call you today about "picking up" your unit.

Turns out the 250 MUSICAS are starting to ship today or tomorrow.

And to all those patiently waiting for their OLIVES, as above, I have been told the MUSICA's will be shipping today or tomorrow.

Turns out they were a little incorrect about the 500G OPUS shipping last week, it was the 400G.

I should get a shipping idea of the 500G OPUS tomorrow (which is the one I am waiting for too)

If you haven't already received the unit, I have the tracking numbers (just arrived)

The First OPUS is being "will called" today, and the other OPUS orders will ship next week.
