NuForce Ref 9.02 vs. AES Six Pacs

Danny is correct. By the end of this week I will have everything in house except the wood. The guy doing the wood is about finished with his part and they will be on there way to the guy who is going to laquer them. I understand this to take quite some time. ( there are over 120 parts) After that they go to be laser engraved. Then I get them and they are ready to be put on and shipped. I am excited about it, I can't wait to get the first 20 of them out. Earlier in this thread someone asked about the 120's. They are push pull ul amps. They use a matched quad of el-34's and 3 5687's in the front end. I prefer the GE7044's in the front. Most of the specs I have are on AC, someone posted the links to them. As far as feedback goes I am using about 4 db total, if I could get the sound they have without any feedback I would! The new 50's are not in production as of yet, they are coming soon as well as the new 120's. I am having some problems in getting some of the parts I need to build them the way I want them. The battery preamps are available now!

Gary, how do your amps compare sound-wise to NuForce 9.02s?  Be gentle. :-}

Does this mean I won't get the 50's when I get the Pre?  Can't do much without them. :o

Hey Gary......I kindof remember reading somewhere that they run a good bit of the way in class A.
Is this correct, or a hallucination?!      :lol:

PS:  I kindof like the NOS GE 7044's myself.
