I stopped by HE2006 for a few hours before heading back to OC after visiting one my accounts, and chatted with Jeff Smith of Silversmith audio. He mentioned that he and Ralph have merged and he's taking over most of the operations of Dodson Audio while Ralph will still tinker with the designs but not the overall day to day operation.
