Hi All
Read this interesting article in the New York Times (13 April) "For Demanding Music Lovers, an iPod Dock to Rival Apple's Own" by JOHN BIGGS. He talks about the Geneva Sound Systems Model XL (www.genevalab.com) which can really fill a room with digital music and professes audiophile stereophonic music from only one box (albeit with an array of speakers which includes a woofer) instead of the conventional two-speaker some distance apart and a sweet spot somewhere in the middle! This sounds really very revolutionary. Costs US$1,075 (internet purchase).

Has anyone auditioned these?

Dennis

Sounds very similar to the Stereo Dipole concept

The geneva has nothing to do with advanced DSP XTC. The EmbracingSound is more like a crude MS stereo processing.

If you want very good stereo dipole, use the DSP from the Creative Playworks 2000 ($40) with real speakers and sub.
