Has anyone tried the Isofeet on the Modwright as a replacement for reasonable quality footers and compared ?

I am using Speaker Floats for the preamp and the results are quite satisfactory.

Also, using Z-sleeves on the interconnects also help to eliminate emi/rfi on the
interconnects.

Tube Anchors

I recently tried the Mapleshade brass tube dampers and need to share this with you.

#1  Even though a 5687 datasheet calls for .875 dia max tube and Mapleshade sells a .875 dia max tube anchor, that IS NOT a fit.  The anchor diameter is just barely too large for the tube.  I shimmed mine with high purity, ultra-thin, aluminum strips sourced from a local super market.    If you buy these, call Mapleshade first or just try the next smaller size.

#2 One feature of these is a shielding ground strap.  There is no convenient grounding screw near the tube CCA.  But you can route it outside to one of the RCA mounts and capture it there.

#3 They did work as advertised.  More detail yet added warmth too.

One tweak I have heard of but not tried is shorting out the RCA inputs that are not in use.

Is there any merit to this generally and for the SWL specifically?
Any downsides?

I have my tube rectified SWLP sitting on a Sistrum rack full of Micro Bearing steel and obviously uses Audio Points. I prefer using this method over decoupling as I feel it brings out more refinement and provides mor of a "live" sound.

 The power supply for the ModWright is a different story. After trying different approaches, I ended up with it sitting atop 2" cones and a custom made "sand box".

 I also use EMI/RFI caps on unused jacks throughout my whole system.

Are the EMI caps still an open circuit, as in just a mechanical cover, or do they literally tie hot to shield?

These are not shorting plugs. What I use s strictly mechanical covers as shown below.
I have several hundred of these so I use them when I can. Sometimes they help, other times they just look pretty.

I was thinking of true shorting plugs on the open inputs of my Sonic Euphoria PLC (autoformer).  They hum like crazy without it.  Wasn't sure if there was some reason you would NOT want to do this?

True shorting pins won't matter on the SWL, as inputs that are not selected, are merely open circuits otherwise.
