In many cases, nothing! :)

Thsi should give you a pretty good idea of what a digital cable _should_ be, although for the short lengths in most people's systems I'm not sure it is that important.

I think that, if you're of average intelligence, you can figure out most of what the "experts" know. Never say, "I can't do it," or you surely won't. :)

In other words, don't sell yourself short. There are very few things that the average person can't learn as long as they pursue it. A good teacher helps, but a lot of people like teaching, so you'll be able to find a good one if you keep at it. :)

That makes a lot of sense.

Cavediving and wreckdiving certainly eliminate idiots at a rapid rate. I think flying might be a bit more forgiving, simply because a lot of airplanes are really good. :)

Personally, I like spelunking and have done a bit of it, but there's no way in hell I'd go cavediving.
