The Feelies - Only Life

I picked this LP up on speculation. I really like this album. This band counts Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground as an influence and it sounds like it. Recommended!

MIchael Stanley - Michael Stanley from 1973 on Tumbleweed Records

Joe Walsh, Joe Vitale, Rick Derringer and Todd Rundgren play on the album. I like it alot

Hey Harry,

If you like Only Life, you should check out their Crazy Rhythms and The Good Earth. One of my favorite drummers, Stanley Demeski played with them for a while until the band broke up. Stanley then went on to play drums for Luna for a long time, my favorite NY band, who also was influenced by the Velvet Underground.
