I generally grab them off of Amazon.

If I don't like what I see on Amazon, I usual Google the album and see what can be found.

Generally speaking, I try to find images close to 500x500 in pixel size.

If you right click (Windows) on the image and select properties, you can see where that image came from. I mostly use Amazon and Allmusic.
