How would you rate this in comparison to the first album?

If you're talking about their album The Sickness, I'd say they're very simular. I'm not really a metalhead but I do like alternative metal with understandable vocals and that's Disturbed's strong point. I thought Indestructible has more to offer and leans toward alternative metal with more rhythm,,,, plus I just love this guys voice. aa
