I discovered this duo thanks to the Korbel's TV commercial

And glad that I picked this album up. Just the kind of music I like. Trip-hop/electronica with female vocalist

The song used in the commercial is "The Mating Game" You know I have to say this is one of the most sensual and sexist song I've heard so far. The music and that sexy vocal. It is just perfect.

And the good part is that other songs on the album are good too!

This album is starting to grown on me more and more now and not just for that one song anymore. Very sexy cool

(later) I’m thinking I’ll elaborate on the “sage of the age” a bit cause I bet you’ve all but forgot this genius . He is wonderful. A Mississippi white boy who gave up his dental practice to play jazz. Anybody remember Parchment Farm? “Here I sit on Parchment Farm . . and all I did was kill my wife”. Or, Your Mind Is On Vacation? “You’re over laughin when things ain’t funny. You’re trying to sound like . . big money. You know your mind is on vacation and your mouth is working overtime”. If there was a category for uniqueness in jazz music, Mose would be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Charlie Parker. His piano style, the way he sings, and his compositional skills are like nobody else. And he sure is a bunch of fun!
