Gordy and mcrespo71, thanks for your warm welcome. I've been clicking on this insightful thread for a couple of months prior to signing up and have been enjoying all the posts.

The following CD containing 2 LPs (Love Makes A Woman (1968)/Seven Days of Night (1969)) recorded by Barbara Acklin on the Brunswick label is played in memory of Eldee Young who has gone on to the Five Spot in The Sky. He passed away on February 12, 2007. Eldee's greatness was not only in his talent but also in his humility. Keep the soulful strut going Eldee.
