I think the music is Romainian, from the Wash area. But the istrumentation sounds Greek Macedonian with Serbian elements. So I don't have a clue, but I have over 30 vinyl albums of various Eastern European dance music. Sad, but true. I met my wife dancing to such music.....

My son tells me the video is of 'beat-box', something quite different to the melodious soundtrack. But I gotta say, this video is the absolute best Balkan dancing I've ever seen.
